Admissions & Refund Policy
Admissions, Refunds, and Certificate Issuance Policy
Effective Date: 3rd December, 2024.
Admissions Policy
- Course Eligibility and Understanding: Students are responsible for reviewing the course outline available on our website before submitting their application. By applying, students confirm that they have read and understood the course content and level. If students enroll in a course that is not suitable for their current knowledge or understanding, we will not entertain any claims regarding misunderstandings of the course content (e.g., “I thought this course was advanced” or “I didn’t know this course was for beginners”).
- No Verification of Information: We will not verify any personal or academic information provided by the applicant. The application process serves to confirm the student’s interest and secure a spot in the program.
- Admission Confirmation: The student’s admission will be confirmed only upon completion of the payment process. No admission will be granted until full payment is made.
Refund Policy
- Right to Cancel and Refund Policy: Students are entitled to cancel their enrollment and receive a full refund within 14 days from the payment date, provided that no course materials have been accessed. Once a student attends a class or the course content is accessed (via any form), the 14-day cooling-off period is waived, and no further refunds will be issued.
- Refund Process: If a refund is requested before the course commencement, a non-refundable administrative fee of 10% will be deducted from the total course fee to cover processing and cancellation costs. This fee is not a penalty, but a reflection of the operational costs associated with the enrollment process.
- Chargeback Protection and Legal Consequences: Card payments are processed through secure payment gateways. However, students should be aware that chargebacks (disputes) on card payments can result in penalties, including, but not limited to, the loss of access to course materials and future enrollment. If a chargeback is initiated after the student has accessed the course materials (via online portal or attending the first class), the institution reserves the right to take legal action for the recovery of the full course fee, plus any legal costs, administrative fees, and recovery charges. The student will also lose access to all course materials immediately.
- Re-enrollment Policy: If a student misses three classes without a valid reason, they will be marked as “Struck Off” and removed from the current batch. To re-enroll in the course after being struck off, the student must pay 100% of the total course fee. Re-enrollment is only permitted if space is available in a future batch.
